Innovative Teaching Tools

THRASS

THRASS®, or Teaching, Handwriting, Reading & Spelling Skills, revolutionises English education by offering a phonetics teaching-tool that transforms traditional approaches.

With its phonographic, multisensory focus and analogous learning model, THRASS® simplifies and accelerates reading and spelling acquisition, making it more sustainable. As a classroom strategy, THRASS® ensures learning is enjoyable, systematic, explicit, and linguistically sound.

Kidz Galore implemented THRASS® in January 2016 as part of our Kindy programme at City West, Nedlands and Kyilla. The tool has been extremely successful in assisting the children with spelling and literacy to prepare them for when they commence school.
